Overview
Alkawther Industries Company (KIC) was established in 1979 to be the first Saudi company that could design and build seawater desalination plants and succeeded in transferring the technology from abroad to Saudi Arabia. KIC is a subsidiary of Al Murjan Holdings, a premier Saudi Arabian business group interested in several global blue-chip companies.
